Product Description
The New Mexico Hatch chili pepper is a great full flavored pepper that packs a kick. We use nothing but XX or XXX peppers. That means that they are not your normal chile peppers. This is a seasoning blend that is about 95% Hatch with a very low salt content.

Flavor and Heat!
Having moved away from the Southwest I miss the hatch green chili and all the spices that I just havent been able to find on the east coast. This is a delicious spice blend that I've found to be perfect on vegetables or chicken to add flavor and heat, before or after cooking.
