Created by the late Senator himself, Barry Goldwater, this chili mix is easy to prepare by adding just beef and beans. As a chili connoisseur, Barry's finest moment came in the mid-70s when he won the shoot-out against the late Senator Tower of Texas in Capitol Hill's first chili cook-off. I love this Chili Mix. It is the only Chili I will make and eat. The postage on it is outrageous though.

Greatest Chili Seasoning Ever

I have been in love with The Senator's (Goldwater) chili seasoning ever since I discovered it in the late 1980's when we we had moved to Arizona. Eventually we moved to Texas, one of the main-stays of chili. I frequently eat chili when we go out, just to compare. So far I have found none to compare with chili made with the Senator's seasoning.
